These vestments were made for my brother, a Catholic missionary in rural Nicaragua.  I wanted the vestments to reflect the culture and be joyous, lightweight, and washable.  (Vestments are worn by priests during liturgical celebrations, particularly mass.  The liturgical colors are green, white, red and purple.)
